PAST HIGHLIGHTS

1965-1974       

​  SV Damle Consulting Engineers formulated with the support of

India's leading Master Architect Late Sir Achyut Kanvinde.

In its initial years the firm also went into a partnership stint and

did work on few projects under the banner Phatak & Damle, 

however, this was short lived and sooner got dissolved.

Decade marked with a few benchmark Institutional projects

starting with the prestigious AIIMS project, Delhi with renowned

practice M/s. Kanvinde Rai & Chaudhury.

1975-1984          

Decade marked with few benchmark Office Building Tower Projects

with well known Ashoka Estate Office Tower at Barakhamba Road. 

1985-1994

Decade marked with some benchmark Hospitality projects like The

Span Resort in Manali, The Oberoi Soaltee & DusitThani Fulbari in

Pokhara Nepal and Religious project like the Iskcon Temple Delhi.   

1995-2004

Decade marked with some benchmark Commercial office Park &

Residential Tower Projects with DLF along with a mix of milestone

Hospitality & Healthcare like Ananda Resort & Spa at Rishikesh,

Apollo Hospital in Dehi. This decade also was marked with the

Introduction of Computer Aided Design & analysis software for

Design Engineering.

2005-2014

Decade marked with some benchmark Healthcare projects &

milestone Hospitality project the Dusit Devrana Gurgaon.

During this time we also suffered a big loss as we lost our

founder Sir SV Damle whose absence shall be felt forever.

2015-onwards

The present period marked with interesting mix development

works from Hospitality to Commercial to sports facilities and

Medical projects keep the office engaged.

In 2016 we also moved into our new premises. We continue

to strive harder for excellence and hope for better times ahead.
