After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Devendra joined S. V. Damle Consulting Engineers in 1998 as a Structural Design Engineer assisting Sir Damle with his projects.   

Devendra was responsible for introducing CAD-engineered design modelling into the firm. Since then 
he has been involved with many significant projects, stepping up as a Senior Design Engineer and associate. He is now principal of the practice. 

Devendra has particular expertise in the structural design of reinforced concrete and steel structures. His project portfolio includes commercial, residential, office towers, hospitals, hotels, sports facilities and recreational centers.

He is continuing to lead the practice to new heights through adopting advanced and efficient practices.
